About us
We are a consortium of more than 20 committed partners, led by the Arab Organisation of Diplomacy and the European Multidisciplinary Organization for Training and International Consulting.
Our vibrant consortium of youth-led and youth-focused organizations are united by a shared mission to empower young people as active contributors to their societies. We address key challenges such as limited civic engagement, economic exclusion, and lack of access to meaningful learning opportunities. Our work is grounded in participatory methodologies, cross-border collaboration, and inclusive practices that reflect the diverse realities of youth in the region. By integrating experiential learning, civic education, skills development, and co-creation processes, we enable young people to build confidence, expand their competencies, and lead impactful change in their communities. These projects are not just interventions—they are long-term pathways toward empowerment, and democratic participation, helping to shape a generation that is resilient, skilled, and deeply engaged in shaping the future.
